Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
SOutreach is a product of SalesMeUp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under the EU GDPR.
1. Data controller
SalesMeUp, registered in Poland. For any privacy question write to dd@salesmeup.de.
2. What we collect
2.1 Waitlist applicants
Name, work email, company, role and consent flag when you apply for the Beta. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
2.2 Beta customers
Account email, billing details, the prospect data you upload to enrich. Your prospect data is your data — we process it on your behalf as your processor under a DPA. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6.1.b).
2.3 Website visitors
IP, user agent, pages viewed, referrer. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
3. How we use your data
- Process Beta applications and contact you
- Run the SOutreach service on your behalf
- Improve the product (aggregated/anonymous usage analytics)
- Meet legal obligations (accounting, security incident response)
4. Subprocessors
- Netlify — hosting, edge functions, form processing
- Azure — application hosting (app.soutreach.com)
- Google Workspace — internal email
- HubSpot — meeting scheduling, CRM
Each subprocessor has a DPA with us. Transfers outside the EU/EEA happen under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
5. Retention
- Waitlist: until you withdraw consent or 24 months from last interaction
- Customer prospect data: stored only while you are a customer, deleted within 30 days of cancellation
- Accounting records: 5 years (Polish tax law)
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any right, email dd@salesmeup.de. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and, with your permission, to understand how it is used. When you arrive, a banner asks for your choice across three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to load, the cookie banner to remember your choice, and basic security. Always on. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics (off by default) — helps us see which pages get read so we can improve them. Anonymized IP. No personal identifiers are stored without your consent.
- Marketing (off by default) — used to measure ad campaigns and remarket on LinkedIn or Meta. Activated only after explicit consent.
We use Google Consent Mode v2, meaning before you choose, no analytics or marketing cookies are stored — only anonymous, aggregated signals that contain no personal identifiers. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing us at dd@salesmeup.de to revoke consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
